Title: Cucumber With Smoked Trout

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Smoked trout (about 250g),
  Skin and bones removed
1 Telegraph cucumber, sliced
1/3cHorseradish sauce (available
  From delicatessens)
  Sprigs of dill, to garnish
